Bookings at this building should be made using the following session times where possible:
Morning session 09:00 - 12:30
Afternoon session 13:00 - 17:00For additional hours/alternate times, please email the Learning Centre.
Please Note - Any room bookings made must include 1 of the 4 layout options in your description. Click on the Link: Lecture Room | scroll down to the bottom of the page | select download floor plan | select 1 of the 4 options available. Failure to do this will result in the room being setup as a classroom (layout option 1).
Maintaining Social Distancing
All people attending the Lecture Theatre must continue to maintain social distancing and follow the guidelines provided on site. Face coverings must be worn when entering/moving around the building (unless exempt)and hand sanitiser is available in all rooms.

Parking
Visitors parking is
available with the ANPR system is place. Upon arrival, the clients will have to
pay the required amount at the parking meter (non-refundable).
Should the car park be full there is alternative parking available located at the rear of Willerby Hill site and also opposite Sledmere House.
