On arrival at the building all clients must report to the main reception (Porters). Clients must always sign in and out of the visitor book provided at the building when using a booked space. The reception desk staff will direct you to your booked room and will unlock if necessary. They will also issue any required fob needed to access necessary areas of the building once the client has signed in. Clients must return any fob to reception at the end of the booking when signing out.
