Key Collection

On arrival at the building all clients are to sign in using the signing in system and report to the main reception. Clients must always sign in and out of the visitor book provided at the building when using a booked space. The reception desk on the ground floor will issue the key for the booked room and any required fob needed to access necessary areas of the building once the client has signed in. Clients must lock the room and return the key to reception at the end of the booking when signing out.

Bookings at this building should be made using the following session times:

Monring session 8:30am - 12:30pm

Afternoon session 1.00pm - 5.00pm
