Clients must always sign in and out of the visitor book provided at the building when using a booked space. Our Front of House team based on the ground floor will issue the key for the booked room and any required fob needed to access necessary areas of the building once the client has signed in. The team will be happy to signpost clients in the right direction for their booking.  Clients must lock the room and return the key to the front of house desk on the ground floor at the end of the booking when signing out.   If a room booking falls outside the front of house operating hours the building security guard will be advised in advance and shall give the client access to the room and lock the room at the end of the booking.
